By enrolling in, registering for, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any course, workshop, program, certification, event, session, or related offering provided through Blackademically Speaking® Digital Campus of Healing™(“Campus”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All Campus offerings are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Participation is intended to support learning, reflection, leadership development, healing-centered growth, and educational enrichment.
Campus participation does not constitute therapy, counseling, psychological services, clinical treatment, medical care, legal advice, or any other licensed professional service.

Campus offerings do not provide therapy, counseling, medical care, legal services, or professional licensure, and you remain responsible for how you interpret and apply the educational material presented.
Participation in Campus offerings is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion. You are choosing to engage in the learning experience of your own accord.
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for how you interpret, apply, or use any educational content, teachings, reflections, discussions, exercises, resources, or materials provided through the Campus.
Any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation remain your personal responsibility.
Participation in the Campus does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, coach-client, fiduciary, or other professional services relationship between you and Blackademically Speaking® or its representatives.
Any certificate issued by Blackademically Speaking® reflects completion of educational coursework, participation, or instructional requirements only.
It does not constitute licensure, accreditation, governmental certification, or authorization to practice in any regulated profession.
If you require medical, mental health, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional support, you agree to seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
You agree to engage respectfully and ethically in all Campus environments, including courses, workshops, live sessions, online events, discussions, and related communications.
Blackademically Speaking® reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or remove participation where conduct is disruptive, harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the integrity and safety of the Campus community.
Blackademically Speaking® makes no promise, guarantee, or warranty regarding specific personal, professional, emotional, educational, or financial outcomes resulting from participation in any Campus offering.
By participating in any Campus offering, you acknowledge that:

The Campus is educational in nature
No therapy, counseling, medical care, or licensed professional service is being provided
You are responsible for your own interpretation, application, and decisions
Campus offerings are not a substitute for licensed professional care
By enrolling in or participating in a Campus offering, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Participation Agreement.
